This company is run by two individuals, one being full time active duty. We make our best effort to get everything packed and shipped in a timely manner. Due to high demand, most of our products are print on demand, meaning from the time of purchase, the product is then produced. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packaging once we receive the product, and 2-3 business days for stateside shipping once shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for overseas shipping. 

I'd like to cancel my order, how do I go about this?

We currently do not accept returns or cancellation unless the product received is damaged/defective. If you order the incorrect size, most times we will not accept returns.

I entered the wrong address when ordering, can I fix this?

Please understand entering the correct information when placing an order is the customers responsibility. Due to the current manpower, we do NOT have the capability of correcting all addresses for incorrect orders.

How long does it take for pre-orders to be delivered?

Pre-orders are dependent on each product. Usually production for pre-orders will take anywhere from 15-25 business days. Once we receive the product, we will then package and fulfill your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for stateside shipping, and 5-7 business days for overseas shipping.
